TabTrade — What It Is
TabTrade.com opened in March 2026. Trading platform based in Saint Lucia, licensed through Saint Lucia's FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the New Zealand-regulated broker.
That last detail is relevant. It means the leadership is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. Still preferable to a random name you cannot trace.
TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same data centres prime brokers run on. Usually a new brokerage starts with a white-label MT4 setup. Tab Trade did the opposite. Interesting choice.
The instrument list: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For something that is a few months old, that range is broad.
What You Trade On
They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Both MT5 and cTrader from one account. A lot of brokers only give you one or the other. Having both matters. You are not locked into one.
MT5 is the industry standard. Full charting, automated trading, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have traded on MetaTrader previously, it is familiar territory.
cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Better DOM. More responsive charts. Built-in algo trading. Many people prefer it after using both.
Direct FIX connectivity is there for bots but is only on the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView is said to be coming. That will round things out when it lands.
What You Pay
Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. Zero commission. Straightforward. $0 to start. Works for anyone who does not want to think about commission.
Edge. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the actual interbank spread is often a fraction of a pip. Meaning your all-in cost can be under half a pip. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that have spreads this tight want $500 or more to open. TabTrade has no minimum.
VIP. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, faster fills, tailored rates. Not relevant to most retail traders. Skip it unless you move real size.
Infrastructure
This is where TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. Most retail brokers quote hundreds of milliseconds.
Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, it does. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is the difference between. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. What matters is the setup is serious. That is what kind of broker this is.
Pair those fill times with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get holds up. Hardly anyone in this bracket offer execution like this.
Regulation
Here is the part you need to be straight about. TabTrade is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a problem for you, stop reading. There are FCA-regulated options out there.
That said. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Scam brokers do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. None of this make it safe. But be part of your assessment.
The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. For that: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether that is worth it is your call.
Welcome Offer
TabTrade has a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Standard welcome offer. You fund your account, the broker top up your balance. The normal fine print: turnover conditions before bonus funds can be taken out. Check the terms before you commit.
